No collection of personal data

We don't store names, IP addresses, device IDs, or any other personal identifiers. According to DPDPA §2(t), "personal data" refers to any data about an identifiable individual. Friendly Captcha does not collect any such data.

Purpose limitation

Any data collected is strictly used to verify whether a visitor is a bot or human. According to Section 5 of the DPDPA, personal data may only be processed for specified, clear, and lawful purposes.
